Honest opens and clicks
Inflated opens make every decision worse. Climails flags machine-generated activity so you can read the real signal.
- MPP — opens from Apple Mail Privacy Protection are flagged (is_mpp) and can be excluded.
- Bots — security scanners and link prefetchers are flagged (is_bot) and filtered out.
Funnels, cohorts and revenue
- Funnel — see how many recipients move from delivered → opened → clicked → converted.
- Retention cohorts — weekly cohorts show how engagement holds over time.
- Revenue attribution — tie revenue back to the campaign that drove it via event properties (amount) and the originating campaign.

Frequently asked questions
Why is my open rate lower than other tools show?
Because we exclude bot and Apple MPP opens by default. Inflated opens look nice but lead to bad decisions — we show the real number.
How is revenue attributed to a campaign?
Send a conversion event with an amount property and the originating campaign; the revenue rolls up to that campaign in analytics.
Can different teams have different dashboards?
Yes — create as many dashboards as you need and set a default; each is its own widget layout.
