Two kinds of integration
- Native connectors — a full two-way driver (OAuth + sync + webhooks). These pull contacts and events in, and can act on changes in real time.
- Webhook & API connections — for tools without a native driver, connect over incoming webhooks or the public API to push data into Climails.
What syncs
- Contacts and their fields — kept up to date as they change in the source.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a developer to connect an integration?
No — native connectors use OAuth: click connect, authorize, done. The API route is there if you want a custom sync.
Does data sync both ways?
Native connectors pull data in and react to changes; some also write back. Each catalog card states exactly what it syncs.
